Yummy Healthy Oatmeal

I bought the book Deceptively Delicious: Simple Secrets to Get Your Kids Eating Good Food and it has some really yummy recipes. I HATE oatmeal. It makes me gag...seriously, but this is yummy and really, for the most part, healthy and filling.

In a small saucepan, combine milk, sugar, pumpkin, and spice. Bring to a gentle boil and stir in oatmeal.
Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes until the oatmeal is creamy.

Stir in the peanut butter.
