Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in mixer.
Load cookie press and spritz cookies onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Top cookies with sprinkles before baking, if desired.
Bake 7-10 minutes, checking often. Cookies will turn slightly golden when ready.
Cool thoroughly on wire racks.
