Tiger Cub: Don’t look for Tiger Woods in the Buick Open this weekend. Last week, Mr. Woods’ wife Elin gave birth to the pair’s first child, a daughter whom they named Sam Alexis Woods, and while he stated in May that he intended to play in the current tournament, he made it clear that his family comes first.
